When I was 23 I started my first company, landscaping and gardening, with one employee. By the time I was 32 I had started my second company, providing computer supplies to data centers around the country, with 3 employees. A few years later I started another company with a partner in real estate investment.
Then I became disillusioned with what I was doing, and began to search for greater purpose and the experience of contributing to people and the world.
This started years of searching, learning, studying, reading, practicing, going to workshops, and working with teachers, coaches and consultants.

I travelled around the world, met and studied with some of the world’s leading edge thinkers, doers and spiritual practitioners. This culminated in starting my consulting and executive coaching practice, Unleash Your Spirit, in 2003. I began working with clients, and to my delight, discovered I had a gift for working with people, and was making a huge difference right away.
This was something of a surprise to me, since I had so much self doubt in the time leading up to launching. I experienced a new flow of energy in my life. My clients made more money, became better leaders, improved their health, slept better, started companies and major projects, got married, cooperated powerfully and creatively with their spouses and work teams and experienced greater serenity and being of service to the people in their lives in the deepest possible ways.
It was as if I had left the shallow eddies at the edge of the river and moved into the deeper waters, where the energy we want is flowing, and where we are usually too scared to go. This is the most important part of the journey. My gift is guiding counseling, challenging and loving people through to the other side of their own goals and desires, to their deepest self and spirit.
Rather than changing some relatively superficial patterns at the surface, people discover their own primordial power, which reorganizes everything else. When they do the deep work, which is challenging and takes real commitment, then the changes unfold in their lives naturally and effortlessly. What a joy!
